Loved the city views from the terrace and the convenient location in the city center. The staff, fluent in English and Italian, were helpful at the reception. Free WiFi was a bonus.
Who needs hot water or a proper bed when you have lumpy pillows, electrical-taped frames, and a hammock-like mattress to keep you entertained?

The location of the hotel is incredible and unbeatable, close to everything. Having a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge in the room were a big plus. A cool bonus was the nearby café, Excelsa, that offered tea and coffee.

The location of this hotel is exceptional, right in the heart of the historic center! You'll be close to everything and can easily walk to most places. the apartment is spacious and clean, with all the necessary kitchen and bathroom tools provided. the host is super nice and friendly, and the check-in process is practical. They even provided small gifts for breakfast like fruits, juice, coffee, and tea. the apartment is also equipped with a foldable crib for the baby, which is a neat addition.
The hot water in the shower is quite limited and the shower place tends to get flooded after just 3 minutes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely medieval tower. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the harbor and many restaurants. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a good supply of hot water. Although the kitchen and bathroom were small, they were still functional. The highlight of my stay was the friendly and helpful host, Daniella. Despite her limited English, she went above and beyond to communicate with me using a translation app and gestures. The steps to the upper apartments were narrow and numerous, but I considered it a daily exercise routine. The property's proximity to the metro station and a supermarket made it very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.
